We are trying to move away from mass producing our food and we are working towards producing products that have our own personal touch which will set us apart from the others, and at the same time satisfy the demand of our customers in all areas, including the most complex ones, such as creating a range without allergens.
To be able to create this range of products adapted to your requirements and dietary needs we have not had to resort to food supplements of any sort. We believe that nature has already provided us with everything that we need to be able to create any traditional recipe adapting it to the dietary solution that we wish to obtain.
Due to our desire for innovation and discovery we are constantly testing and putting into practice new combinations of natural foods. For example, blending creamy melted cheese with cooked ham in a way which remains traditional, both these products having been produced by us; another example being new culinary methods, such as cooking at the lowest temperatures for an extended period of time.
Our facilities are approved and authorised with the required CEE health certificates which, combined with the fact that we are also certified by the IFS (International Food Standard), allows us to export our products further afield. We have at our disposal our own Research Laboratory for studying processed foods, acknowledged and registered with the number 483 by the Department of Agriculture, Farming and Fishing of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
